    South Beach Park (South Beach) is a great Boca Raton beach option for Florida visitors and residents that like to swim, surf, and boogie board! Surfing and Boogie Boarding are specifically recommended on days when the weather conditions permit, but the warm waters make this beach inviting any time of the year. South Beach is open from 8:00 am to Sundown, seven days a week, and is staffed with lifeguards from 9 am to 5 pm. Additionally, there are 3 designated swimming areas that beachgoers can choose from. Finally, saltwater fishing is allowed outside of the designated swimming areas.

    Red Reef Park

    Red Reef Park

        • Red Reef Park is a fan- favorite for those that love to snorkel. Red Reef Park is known for its snorkeling because a reef sits very close to the shore, making for easy and quick access to the exotic below-shore wildlife. Additionally, there are beautiful walking trails along the beach, however, pets and alcohol are not permitted in Red Reef Park by the town.

        • Spanish River Park

          Spanish River Park

              • Spanish River Park is named after a river that used to run strongly through the area, of which only remnants are left. Spanish River Park has beautiful beaches that are lifeguarded from 9 am to 5 pm. Spanish River Park allows dogs in designated areas during designated times. Also, those hoping to take a large group camping can book the campground from the Boca Raton Recreation Center. Finally, you can picnic on the beach or have an event or large picnic under the picnic shelter at Spanish River Beach. 

    Take a kitesurfing lesson and learn the ropes of this exhilarating sport. In this lesson, you will learn how to use kiteboarding equipment, what weather conditions are conducive to kitesurfing, and how to launch and land a trainer kite!
